Old rivalries are rekindled and things once again get physical. And if the visit by hardcore rapper Saigon doesn't help the contestants understand just how tough the rap game really is, then the unexpected arrival of the paramedics does. When the smoke clears, the "SuperThug" N.O.R.E. gives two of the cast a piece of his mind. In the end, it's uncertain who will have the stamina it takes to be a big-time rap star.
