Captain Croker meets two young women in the airport, supposedly crew for a competitor, who then end up on his flight to Nice. Flattered by the attention they give him, he woos them with champagne. When they then ask to see the cockpit he obliges thinking as ever of what might be in it for him. He ends up getting a lot more than he bargained for and sets in motion a whole turn of events that effect not just him but the whole crew. The victim of a newspaper sting, and with careers on the line, Croker will rue the day he ever set eyes on Phoebe and Jilly. In turn Janis has to face up to what the Captain is really like, and Marco's decision breaks Poppy's heart.
