Now that Dr. Graiman is dead, the NSA has decided to dismantle the SSC and move ahead in creating KITT's nemesis, KARR. The chip which contains KITT's memories and personality is removed and placed inside of KARR, with the permission from Torres'. Mike, Sarah, Billy and Zoe create a plan to find KITT and get it running, then hunt down the evil KARR and destroy it.
