Having met with MEI-LIN's rejection, NGA-WUN has to go to Nanjing with WING-CHAI, seeking aid from the Nanjing Government. Although she manages to meet with the Vice President of the Executive Branch AUYEUNG KWAN in Nanjing, she is arrested for tax evasion upon her return to Guangzhou. She then authorizes NGA-MAN as the Acting Chairwoman of Hip Wo Hong, however, YUK-HING remains unconvinced so that she calls for a special board meeting to discuss splitting the family fortune……
