She brands KAM an unfilial son as neighbors scorn KAM for pressing his mother into begging. KAM’s kind act towards the old lady ironically earns him a good beating. GUCCI suggests the family have an outing to the Hong Kong Botanic Garden. But her eagerness is not matched by her three children. CHRIS and MARCO tempt TODAY with money so that she will company the mother to the outing. TODAY flops at her last scene. To help her immerse in the role, the director and the assistant do a clever trick but get TODAY very drunk on set.
