The other shooter, Luke, is represented by one of Jacob’s old rivals, Elaine Loh, who is determined to save her own client, even if it is at the expense of Jacob’s. SSSgt Miki Lee goes undercover in order to gather evidence against a seemingly-untouchable night club owner and drug lord, Ang. However, Ang’s right-hand man, Kin has suspected the truth.
