Big client, Mr. KA is very annoying to the service of Kay Tsui and shows his discontent to PUI. Luckily, WAH returns to the office on time and convinces Mr. KA to place another order instead. WAH has a gift in persuasion; yet, he also proposes strategy to help KIT in making up the relationship with YUKI.
