After the expensive treatment Kamasani feels the cancer is reduced, but he starts having serious side effects; he hallucinates and becomes violent. The turning point comes when Vida, a TV reporter uncovers Mahabub's supernatural conspiracy that involves prominent names. Kamasani soon realizes that people have either died or suffered because of his refusal to accept his own fate and vows to set things right.
